How do I order a custom piece?

Pick a product, choose colour and size, then hit “Customize” to upload your artwork and place it on the garment. What you see in the preview is what we press.

What file types can I upload?

PNG with transparent background works best. We also accept JPG, SVG and PDF. Send us your original file if you are unsure — we will check it for free.

How long does an order take?

Most orders are printed within 2–4 business days. Need it faster? Call us at (416) 837-7736 — rush service is often possible.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes — we ship Canada-wide from Brampton, Ontario. You can also pick up in store at 10 A Bram Ct.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes. Prices drop automatically at higher quantities, and for team or company orders we will quote the job the same day — request a quote.

Will the print survive washing?

Our DTF prints are rated for 50+ washes. Wash inside-out in cold water and skip the dryer when you can — the print will outlast the shirt.
